Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. After giving up her gymnastics career from childhood Ariel was competing in fitness shows aged 16. She won her Pro Card within a year at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr has been a sponsor for IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She began competing in fitness competitions after quitting the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. In just one year she could earn her Pro Card when she was 17. She became one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel had to spend the time off from the stage when she was awarded her Professional card in order to finish college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was a continuation of previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions like Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She participated for a couple of years following her debut with a goal of setting higher standards each year. She won another four fitness championships by the close of 2009. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel completed the first six years of contest to earn her college diploma. Then she returned in the month of October, 2015 when she made her first IFBB Fitness Pro debut at Phoenix Europa Games. It qualified her to compete in to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months she was on the Olympia stage and took home the sixth position within the Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely no expectations when she entered she was thrilled with her performance. The competition was among the top athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing an improved version of her physique each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to train is her back. It consists of lat pull-downs, bent rows with a single arm on a pull-up machine as well as sitting rows. The first step is warming up before going onto working sets. Ariel uses her time efficiently. Converting all the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 rep supersets is the way she does.
